Warranty

The true character and integrity of a builder is often revealed long after construction is complete. At Park Road Homes, we pride ourselves in not only offering our customers superior service during the building process, but also after they are settled in their new homes. We do this by standing behind our construction, from start to finish. We offer the following warranties on all new homes:

• Workmanship and materials: One Year
  
• This includes components such as drywall, cabinets, interior trim, exterior siding, masonry, stucco, doors and windows, interior flooring, etc.
• Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Delivery Systems: Two Years
  
• This includes components such as electrical systems, plumbing systems and heating ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Structural Components: Ten Years
  
• This includes components such as the load-bearing portions of your home, including elements such as footings and foundations, beams, headers, girders, lintels, columns, load-bearing walls, partitions, roof framing systems, ceiling framing, floor systems and masonry arches.
• Many Vendor Warranties are passed through to the homeowner.
  
• This includes appliances, heating & cooling equipment, etc.
